** The estimated arrival time does not include weekends, Public Holiday (in both Malaysia & our providers’ countries). In addition, some factors that out of our control such as natural disaster, shipping delay by courier service provider, custom clearance etc could potentially delay our effort in meeting our commitment to deliver the goods to our customers within the targeted time.
1. Full payment shall be made before your order to be processed
2. There will be no changes once payment has been successfully made
3. We will refund to buyers if the merchandise is out of stock
4. We will not bear any form of responsibility whatsoever on the lost of merchandise during shipping. But be assured that we will provide help and support in tracing your parcel.
5. There will be NO refunds except for defective merchandise purchased from us.
6. All goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
